About Fitness From the Pro
Welcome to Fitness From the Pro!! Here’s a little something about myself. I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I am a Personal Trainer as well as a Fitness Instructor. I teach many, many different type of classes. I’m a big advocate of and also teach Aqua Aerobics, The Group Power/Body Pump style classes, Pilates, Yoga, Body Sculpt and several SilverSneakers type classes.
One of my biggest pet peeves is when there are club members in class and they only put in 50% effort. I want everyone to get results from their workouts, and have correct form for each exercise. Some don’t execute the correct form, because it’s harder, and in the end they are only cheating themselves.
My philosophy is…You only have one body, so take care of that body!!
