Fat Burning Workouts
If you are like most people you have worked really hard all winter, to show off that buff body this spring and summer. I talked about fat burning workouts including Circuit Training. Circuit Training can kill 2 birds with 1 stone, so to speak. That is, you can still maintain your strength and keep the heart in your target heart rate zone, by not stopping between each exercises.
If your gym is not busy, you can set up your free weights to the weight you want. Just keep going from exercise to exercise with free weights. Or, you can use the gym
apparatus, and move from machine to machine with no rest between exercises. By keeping the fast pace it becomes a cardio weight training session. This is a good way to save you time in the gym and still get the workout done.
Don’t do this fat burning workout every time you are in the gym, especially when you are looking to gain strength or muscle mass. These fat burning workouts are perfect if you want to get in and out of the gym quick, say 30-60 minutes.
